LAWRENCE HILL, BRISTOL

A planning application was submitted in December 2025 for eight 3 to 4 bedroom flats in this incredible site, a former diary cooperative and now a storage facility in a residential area. It’s located in the vibrant Lawrence Hill area in Bristol and will undoubtedly attract much interest once completed.

We are keeping the character of the original building with a contemporary addition to create family units in this site next to Gauntt’s Park.

HORFIELD, BRISTOL

A 5 bedroom semi-detached Victorian house extension and renovation in Horfield, Bristol. The main focus was the kitchen extension, with a bespoke kitchen with decorative plywood. We incorporated a corner bifold doors, which allows a complete and seamless integration between the kitchen area and the generous garden.

ST ANDREWS, BRISTOL

This 1930’s mid terraced house in St Andrews, Bristol with an open plan kitchen extension with bifold doors to the garden, had a complete renovation including central heating, new wiring and a dormer extension.

HORFIELD, BRISTOL

A couple of small sites were acquired and planning was secured for a 1 bedroom bungalow. In line with our ethos of working with sustainable solutions we installed ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) and underfloor heating. We achieved higher thermal efficiency than what is required by current Building Regulations.

HORFIELD, BRISTOL

The Old Timber Yard in Gloucester Road was bought in an auction. We secured planning permission and built 6 flats in a very awkward site. A mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms flats were built and sold within 1.5 years.

BISHOPSTON, BRISTOL

As a developer we bought in an auction a site with 15 derelict garages. We designed, built and sold two 3 bedroom houses. We used prefabricated timber frame with stone and rendered masonry external skin.

We specified ASHP (air source heat pump) and underfloor heating throughout the houses. The windows are aluminium and timber from award winning Velfac.

COMPTON MARTIN, CHEW VALLEY

This house with the most unbelievable view over both Chew Valley and Blagdon lake was in need of a complete makeover and extension.

An green oak timber frame kitchen extension added some character that this modern house really needed. An open plan kitchen-living space was agreed and now the place looks incredible!

Underfloor heating and a bespoke hand made kitchen together with the new oak frame extension became the heart of this family home.

ASSAGAO, GOA, INDIA

We designed and built 6 houses in this incredible site in Assagao, an upmarket residential area in north Goa.
We used mostly locally sourced materials, like laterite stone for walls, teak for screens, doors and floors, Kota stone for floors.
Elements of landscaping from Bali were introduced to allow for a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors and prioritise social areas.

GUIRIM, GOA, INDIA

We designed and built a small house on a paddy field facing site. We opened the views over the vast fields and included a courtyard as a central point for this 1 bedroom house.

GREENBANK, BRISTOL

This site with a derelict garage opposite Greenbank cemetery was used to build 2 flats.

COOMBE DINGLE, BRISTOL

This 1970’s house needs complete modernisation. It will feature an open plan kitchen dining living area with a new contemporary state of the art kitchen.

New bathroom fittings, underfloor heating and a herringbone oak floor throughout the ground floor.
